What you need
- Ph.D. in Cancer Genomics, Genetics, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or similar degree
- 2 - 8 years post-PhD experience analyzing cancer genomics data
- Strong foundation in cancer biology, preferably with understanding of RAS/MAPK signaling pathways
- Proficiency in programming with R and/or Python
- Experience with version control systems (git)
- Experience in Linux and cloud environments, including HPC clusters
