What you need
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Finance Data Products, ERP Analytics, Enterprise Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or related roles
- Strong product leadership experience defining vision, shaping strategy, building roadmaps, prioritizing tradeoffs, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience with ERP and Finance data domains, including general ledger, financial close, reporting, inventory management, revenue recognition, planning, forecasting, demand planning, and operational controls
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP platforms
- Experience translating Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, People, Procurement, and Legal workflows into scalable data products and requirements
- Product judgment to evaluate build, buy, partner, configure, and integration options based on user value, data quality, compliance, scalability, interoperability, and maintainability
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite data products, ERP analytics, Finance data models, planning data, inventory data, revenue data, or enterprise reporting in a scaling biotech, pharma, life sciences, or high-growth company environment
- Experience with people data and analytics platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Radford, compensation planning, workforce planning, or people analytics tools
- Experience with procurement, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, vendor management, spend management, or related data domains
- Experience enabling self-service reporting, enterprise analytics, planning workflows, automation, AI-enabled business operations, or low-code prototyping
- Comfort operating in an emerging biotech environment where strategy, execution, ambiguity, controls, compliance, vendor complexity, and hands-on problem solving are part of the work
