What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, commercial operations, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated experience with field strategy and analytics, including segmentation and targeting, territory design/alignment, field performance measurement, dashboards/reporting, and resource optimization
- Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data, which may include claims, prescription, patient-level, account, distributor, specialty pharmacy, CRM, activity, and other third-party datasets
- Proficient in technical analytics tools, including SQL and/or Python, Excel, and BI tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior business leaders
Nice to have
- Oncology and/or oral oncolytic product experience
- Experience supporting multiple field functions
- Experience with field force sizing, territory optimization, geographic alignment, or resource allocation methodologies
- Experience developing sophisticated customer/account segmentation and targeting approaches
- Experience supporting commercial analytics from pre-launch through launch and post-launch optimization
