About this role
As the Lead Hardware Engineer for Controllers at Relativity Space, you will lead a team of electrical engineers in designing custom avionics controllers for the Terran R launch vehicle. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full product lifecycle from initial design to integration and vehicle operations, ensuring that the controllers interface effectively with critical systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet the demanding requirements of the vehicle and mentor your team in both technical and non-technical practices.

What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in electronics design for harsh environments and mission-critical applications
