What you need
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB-accredited program, or a degree path accepted by NCARB for licensure
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience, including at least 5 years on industrial, manufacturing, or process facility projects
- Licensed Architect in Nevada, or currently licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with an active NCARB Certificate and the ability to obtain Nevada licensure within six months of start
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D software, especially Revit and Bluebeam Revu
- Strong working knowledge of the IBC, IFC, and ADA, construction documentation, detailing, and various project delivery methods
- Experience with hazardous materials code application — H-occupancy classification, control area design, and MAQ analysis

- Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)
- Relevant experience in sectors like manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food processing, or chemical/refining.
