What you need
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with 0–2 years of experience or Electrical Technician background with 0–5 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of wire routing, crimping, soldering, and harness assembly techniques
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of materials (BOM)
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and a 'get it done' attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to travel up to 15% of the time to support prototype harness integration into client systems

- Familiarity with Cadonix Arcadia software
- Awareness of industry standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620)
