About this role
As an Avail Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the rental process and helping them navigate the Avail platform. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and creating self-help solutions, all while building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

What you need
