What you need
- 3+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, automation, manufacturing, or a closely related environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a similar engineering discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Familiarity with mechanical design tools such as CAD, FEA, PLM, or similar systems
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with industrial controls, including PLCs, HMIs, and common controls components
- Experience owning or contributing meaningfully to automated equipment builds
Nice to have
- Experience with investment casting, vacuum melting and casting, heat treatment, ceramics manufacturing, or similar manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with SLA printers, furnaces, or high-vacuum systems
- Familiarity with highly regulated production environments and safety-critical equipment
- Experience working for a high-growth technology company, startup, or rapidly scaling manufacturing environment
