What you need
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Definition, CAD Design, Mechanical Design, or Engineering Drafting
- Proficiency with CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE
- Experience creating 3D models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and engineering drawing interpretation
- Experience with Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Digital Product Definition (DPD)
- Experience using Teamcenter or similar product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology, Drafting Technology, or a related STEM field
- Experience with NC programming
- Experience supporting aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience using 3D scanning, point cloud processing, or reverse engineering tools
- Experience using automation or digital engineering tools to improve engineering workflows.
