About this role
As a Production Support Engineer for the LLM Platform at Qube Research & Technologies, you will provide first- and second-line support for the LLM gateway platform, resolving issues raised by users and maintaining the platform's infrastructure. Your role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting model-serving backends, coordinating incident resolution, and improving operational documentation and tooling for better visibility and efficiency.

- Experience in a production support, SRE or platform operations role within a fast-paced environment
