What you need
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, order fulfillment, customer service, project coordination, or a related business support role
- 2+ years of experience using ERP, CRM, ticketing systems or other business systems for order management and record maintenance
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
