About this role
The Safety Specialist/Safety Lead at Precision for Medicine will be responsible for developing safety management plans, managing serious adverse events (SAEs) from intake to regulatory reporting, and providing safety expertise to team members and clients. Daily tasks include interfacing with sponsors and vendors, setting up safety databases, performing data entry and medical coding, preparing safety reports, and conducting safety training.
