What you need
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of system administration or technical support experience
- Foundational-to-intermediate knowledge of server operating systems, virtualization, enterprise storage, backup/recovery, identity services, and system monitoring

- RHCSA, Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, or Commvault certification
- Hands-on experience supporting Active Directory, DHCP, SAN/NAS, virtual machines, and enterprise monitoring tools
- Experience participating in recovery testing, COOP exercises, or cloud migrations
- Experience supporting DAF or AFOSI systems and users
