About this role
In this role, you will lead the daily operations of a semi-automated fulfillment center, managing a team of lead shoppers and over 150 shoppers. What you need
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field OR at least 2 years of experience in shift leadership or a management position
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Willingness to work in two shifts (6:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00, including Saturdays)
- High level of drive, initiative, and ownership for the entire fulfillment center
- Strong people skills and ability to motivate the team during peak times
