About this role
In this role, you will lead the daily operations of a semi-automated fulfillment center, managing a team of lead shoppers and over 150 shoppers. What you need
- A completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering or similar, or at least 2 years of experience in shift leadership or a management position.
- Fluent German and very good English skills for an international environment.
- Willingness to work in two shifts (6:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00, including Saturdays).
