In this role, you will be responsible for owning the training stack for machine learning models, including distributed training and optimization of model architectures. You will implement and optimize various technical components, take architectural ideas from prototype to trained model, and identify engineering investments that can enhance research progress. What you need
- Senior-level experience in training machine learning models at scale
- Experience with distributed training using FSDP or equivalent
- Proficiency in PyTorch and CUDA, including sparse convolution or sparse attention internals

- Experience with reproducible experiment infrastructure
- Familiarity with 3D or irregular data such as meshes, point clouds, and sparse tensors
