About this role
As a Tower Technician Top Hand at Pearce, you will support AT&T technology and structural projects, including new builds and rooftop installations. Your role involves working at heights, performing installations and repairs of wireless infrastructures, training other technicians, and occasionally acting as an Interim Foreman. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and responding to service calls in a timely manner.
