  • Familiarity with GIS and utility mapping systems
  • Familiarity with permitting requirements, including right-of-way, encroachment, excavation, and traffic-control permits, is preferred
  • Previous experience supporting major telecommunications carriers, fiber providers, electric utilities, or broadband deployment programs
  • Experience working with ILEC, CLEC, FTTH, FTTx, or broadband expansion projects
