What you need

  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance on solar power plants
  • Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting and installation skills
  • Experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
  • Ability to work independently and in a group environment
  • Must live within approximately 50 miles of New York, New York
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds

Nice to have

  • Experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI, etc.)
  • Preventative Maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
