What you need
- 2+ years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) on solar power plants
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting and installation skills
- Strong safety background with experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Ability to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally
- Must reside within 50 miles of New Brunswick, New Jersey
Nice to have
- Preventative Maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment
- Specific solar experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI, etc.)
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
- Takes initiative to escalate issues at site
