What you need

  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) on solar power plants
  • Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting and installation skills
  • Strong safety background with experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
  • Ability to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally
  • Must reside within 50 miles of New Brunswick, New Jersey

  • Specific solar experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI, etc.)
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
  • Takes initiative to escalate issues at site
