What you need
- 2+ years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance on solar power plants
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting and installation skills
- Experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Ability to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally
- Must live within approximately 50 miles of the Grants Pass, Oregon areas
Nice to have
- Preventative Maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment
- Specific solar experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
- Takes initiative to escalate issues at site
