What you need
- 8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or S&OP/IBP in a multi-channel, multi-market consumer goods or beauty environment
- 4+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience
- Strong analytical capability to synthesize demand signals and item-level trends
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- Deep familiarity with S&OP/IBP process design
