What you need
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related technical/scientific field
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a track record of launching and scaling production AI/ML, data science, or bioinformatics products
- Experience driving product development within healthcare, life sciences, digital pathology, or biotech domains
- Understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle, including model development, dataset curation, evaluation metrics, and monitoring algorithms post-launch
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical, scientific, clinical, and executive teams
Nice to have
- Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA 510(k)/PMA pathways, CE-IVD)
- Subject matter expertise or background in oncology, histopathology, or biomarker discovery
- Experience building products for translational research, biopharma partnerships, or clinical trial operations
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently evaluate, prioritize and handle multiple changing projects and priorities
