What you need

  • 3–5+ years of experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning, supply planning or inventory management within a consumer, retail or ecommerce business
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning concepts and metrics including Weeks of Supply (WOS), sell-through, aging, GMROI, inventory turns and S&OP
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets independently
  • Able to move beyond reporting what happened to develop a clear point of view on what the business should do next
  • Commercially minded and able to balance inventory availability, working capital, customer demand and financial risk
  • Confident communicating complex analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
