What you need
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Quality, Failure Analysis or Manufacturing Quality Engineering role supporting electronic products
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals across analog and digital circuits, power management, batteries and charging, sensors, clocks, PCBAs, flex circuits, solder joints, and component and interconnect failure behavior
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic products at board, subassembly, and component level using electrical measurement and structured fault isolation methods
- Experience conducting or directing both non-destructive and destructive failure analysis
- Experience interpreting schematics, layouts, bills of material, component designators, test limits, and electrical specifications

- Advanced degree in a related technical discipline
- Experience building or operating an in-house failure analysis laboratory, or training technicians and factory partners to execute repeatable screening procedures
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
