What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a corporate compensation role
- Experience supporting annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases and incentive/bonus administration
- Experience administering and analyzing variable pay programs, including short-term incentives, commission plans, or other performance-based reward structures
- Experience preparing executive-level compensation analyses and Compensation Committee materials
- Experience with market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, and internal equity analyses
Nice to have
- Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos) reporting
- Knowledge of long-term incentive (LTI) programs and equity compensation
- Experience supporting stock plan administration, including restricted stock, stock options, or employee stock purchase plans (ESPP)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or progress toward certification, is a plus
- Experience supporting compensation initiatives during organizational growth, mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation
