- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program

- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with a recent residency completion and scheduled for the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California before start date
