About this role

What you need
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting plus a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
