What you need
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages in the past 5 years, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA by the start date
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
