What you need
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting in the past 5 years, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting plus a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in New York by the start date
