About this role
As a Family Medicine Physician at One Medical's Wicker Park clinic, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via tele-health. What you need
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in IL before start date
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
