About this role
In this role, you will lead the Revenue Operations team by managing the B2B2C enrollment funnel, from eligibility to member enrollment. Your responsibilities include building data models, creating dashboards, and driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance funnel performance and improve business outcomes. You will also conduct stakeholder reviews and lead annual planning for the Customer Success team.
