What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules for complex technical or capital projects
- Experience supporting integrated schedules with at least 25 active schedule contributors or status owners across multiple disciplines
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, float, forecasting, progress measurement, baseline management, and change control
- Experience facilitating recurring schedule status and planning meetings with cross-functional technical teams
Nice to have
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting engineering, nuclear, energy, industrial, EPC, or other large capital projects
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and familiarity with Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud
- Experience with DCMA schedule assessment principles or equivalent schedule quality metrics
- Experience integrating cost, schedule, risk, and earned-value data
