What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, supplier development, or industrialization within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: CNC machining, casting, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, PCBA, cable harnesses, actuators
- Hands-on experience with quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.
- Willingness to travel globally to supplier sites (up to 30%)
