What you need
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation/enhancement
- Experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle of system implementation
- Technical project management skills, preferably with experience in managing transformation projects related to Core Insurance systems
- Familiarity with Bank Negara Malaysia’s Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) guidelines
- Practical knowledge in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban
Nice to have
- Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified Scrum Master is an added advantage
- Experience in driving and managing RFP/RFQ end to end process
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience or domain expertise in GI/Life insurance products, Digital, big data, analytics, AI, infra and cloud
