What you need
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two (2) to four (4) years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in a field model
- Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and coach managers on routine employee matters
- Effective project management and organizational skills

- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, or talent initiatives preferred
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare, retail or hospitality environment is preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or progress toward certification is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
