  • Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development
  • Experience with BMS controls integration and mechanical systems commissioning
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar professional certification
  • Experience evaluating colocation or build-to-suit mechanical infrastructure in a due diligence capacity
