What you need

  • At least three years of relevant experience in European affairs, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, events, programme or project coordination, ideally in a corporate, trade association, public institution or consultancy environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear briefings, event materials, correspondence and executive-ready updates in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, discretion and attention to detail, comfortable working with senior leaders and a wide range of internal and external partners across countries and time zones, while using calendar, project-tracking and collaboration tools confidently.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centres, digital policy or another fast-moving B2B sector.
  • Experience coordinating trade-association memberships, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, speaker programmes or company-hosted events.
  • Familiarity with Brussels and the broader European technology and policy community.
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree; fluency in an additional European language is an advantage.
