What you need
- Vocational Qualification or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline
- 2–5 years of experience maintaining mechanical systems in critical environments
- Knowledge of HVAC and cooling systems, chilled water and hydronic systems, pumps, motors, and heat exchangers
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures including Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
