What you need

  • 7+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, data center infrastructure, network infrastructure, design engineering, professional services, consulting engineering, or a related technical role
  • Presales experience including customer discovery, technical selling, solution positioning, proposal development, and support through technical close
  • Data center infrastructure experience including exposure to rack, cabling, power, cooling, structured cabling, fiber connectivity, physical topology, and deployment considerations
  • Strong knowledge of data center networking and high-performance fabrics, including Ethernet switching, routing, optics, rack-level connectivity, and network dependencies
  • Working knowledge of RoCE and InfiniBand architectures and the physical infrastructure requirements for GPU and AI cluster deployments
  • Experience interpreting customer requirements and developing or validating logical and physical infrastructure solutions

Nice to have

  • BICSI RCDD certification strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Neo-Cloud, GPU, AI, HPC, structured cabling assessments, data center surveys, or high-density data center environments preferred
