What you need

  • Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License
  • Advanced experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial or institutional electrical distribution systems up to 480V

  • Ability to independently read and interpret one-line diagrams, technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation

  • Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safe electrical work practices

  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys or similar building control systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and life safety systems
  • Experience supporting electrical shutdowns, generator testing, emergency power systems, or major electrical projects
  • Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to other technicians
