What you need

7+ years facility related work experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid state driver’s license
Experience with Johnson Control Metasys BMS System
Exposure to HVAC and mechanical systems
Solid understanding of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems

Nice to have

Completion of an applicable technical training program
DC 3Rd Class Steam Engineers License preferred
