About this role

What you need

  • Understanding of lithium-ion cell characterization, aging degradation modes, and thermal dynamics
  • Experience building custom data dashboards or automated reporting tools in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Plotty/Matplotlib)
  • Ability to articulate complex data trends and hardware failures clearly to algorithm, firmware, and system engineering teams
