  • Experience in highly regulated industries — cannabis, hospitality, restaurant groups, or franchise operations
  • Experience managing or coordinating with offshore accounting teams
  • Experience building accounting functions from early-stage or post-restructure environments
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
