What you need
- At least two years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Training (or 5 years maintenance experience if not)
- Valid Driver’s License with proof of current liability insurance
- Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Concepts
- Heating and Air Conditioning and other State Regulated Certifications where required
- CPO Certified – HVAC Certification Universal
