What you need
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
- 10+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role
- Strong Windows Server administration experience, including Windows Server 2019 and/or Windows Server 2022
- Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI/certificate services, clustered services, IIS, and core Windows Server roles
- Experience administering or troubleshooting modern Linux distributions, preferably Ubuntu and/or RHEL
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
Nice to have
- Server+, RHCSA, Microsoft server-focused certification, or equivalent enterprise infrastructure certification
- Backup, storage, or platform-specific certifications for Veeam, Commvault, Dell/EMC, Pure Storage, HP, Nutanix, or equivalent platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field
