About this role

As a Policy Analyst on the Trust & Safety Policy Team, you will be responsible for executing operational activities related to policy management across Match Group's platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting research and analysis, drafting and implementing policy updates, and providing support to various teams. You will also analyze existing policies for gaps and inconsistencies, assist in developing new policies, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
