What you need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in power systems engineering, power electronics, or utility interconnection

- Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools (e.g., SKM, ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar)

- 8-10+ years of experience spanning both utility-scale interconnection/distribution and power electronics or converter design
- Experience integrating behind-the-meter generation (gensets, renewables, or storage) with grid services on industrial or commercial sites
- Experience with SiC - or IGBT-based power converter design and control
- Experience with electrical systems in industrial or process plant environments (oil & gas, chemical, or manufacturing)
- Familiarity with modular or skid-based plant design, fabrication, and field deployment
