What you need
- 5+ years’ technical experience working in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA rules, site safety, National Electric Safety Code (NESC) requirements, and associated construction and telecommunications federal and local regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis)
- Experience reading OSP construction prints, CAD drawings, and GIS mapping systems such as 3GIS or equivalent platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL queries for running, validating, and comparing data is preferred
- Working knowledge of all aspects of company processes including but not limited to OSP construction, site preparation and permitting, OSP testing and acceptance standards, creating design for local L2 and Transport architecture, Google Earth and various fiber mapping platforms
