What you need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a criminal records background check prior to employment
- Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must possess and maintain a valid Maryland driver's license with no more than two points on current driving record
- Applicants must be able to obtain State of Maryland Guard Card and maintain good standing with the Maryland State Police
- Successfully complete Conflict Management training within six months
